This very sad accident has brought about many sad comments.
Even before any investigations were underway, conclusions were reached and broadcast to the world, even by high-level government officials.
Recently we saw the transcripts of the voice recorder of the Legacy – after translation to Portuguese. Why not publish these in English as well???
Where are the recordings from the GOL and ATC?
We all need to remember that ATC stands for air traffic CONTROL – not Air Traffic Advisors – They control the air lanes and all pilots must obey their commands, All possible conditions are covered in the procedures – so if communications is lost or confusion exists on a flight plan, then the ATC must contact all other flights and “clear” the lane…..
This is very clear in all manuals – so introducing theories as to why/how the Legacy Pilots caused this very sad crash is not honest….

Let the investigation complete it’s findings, fix all items that will prevent this from ever being repeated, and last look at responsible parties.
    - Remembering that there will be some (ATC?) that may have caused some of the risks, but not responsible as they do not control the budgets, training, and/or infrastructure investments…
Also look at those who tried to jump to conclusions and cover up this event…..
All of this should be done in memory of the victims…..

    They deserve this….
